freee easy crochet amigurumi pattern

If you are new to Funmigurumi, you will find that they are not really your regular Amigurumi. Funmigurumi are bursting with color and they have funny shapes and cute and lovable faces. They are not always easy to crochet, but some of them are very easy, they are also funny to the greatest degree, fun to make and to give. Every time I design one and show it to people, they laugh, the same thing happens with children. So if you want to learn how to make fun and funny Gurumis, you have come to the home of them!
I wanted to start a new series of toys and was passing through my house and an object caught my eye. I grabbed it and took it with me to my crocheting corner and turned it into a toy. It had the natural shape and it screamed, "Make me into something cute and funny!" So here it is. Hope you like him!

To make a "Chip" simple make 3 small straight stitches across a chosen sc or from center of one sc to center of next sc, either way works fine. You don't have to Fasten off, simple move around, without pulling the yarn, because that would
deform the "Cookie" and pull in the other "Chips" that you have made. When you are done, fasten off and weave in tail.

Let's Put Silkie Together-
Put center Cherry Ice Cream portion on top of Back Cookie square. Top this with the Front Cookie. Thread a blunt needle with a large Coffee length of yarn (as long as you can personally handle it without getting it tangled), and using the fingers of your opposite hand to "pinch" the edge of Silkie's three-layered Body togeher, begin to stitch the three layers into one.
Stitch from Front to Back across the 3 layers of thickness, giving a little tug as you finish going through them, and pushing the bulkiness of hte middle layer towards the middle and flattening the edges as making them match by tugging a little at the Cherry stuffing. You want Silkie's "pillowy" chubby cutness to be down his middle, so, pull a little to match the edges, squeeze them flat with the fingers of your opposite hand, and stitch through, tugging a bit at the end.
Go in and out each thickness and sc stitch all around, but do not make a single stitch over the Cherry ice cream. Make your stitches firm so that the toy will not fall apart with use. Once you have gone all around Silkie's Body, fasten off and weave in tail.

Attach stuffed Arms and Legs as seen in photos. Do not sew the limbs to the chocolate Cookie side but to the edge of the Cherry ice cream stuffing. Fasten off, weave in tails.

If you love Amigurumi, you have found your home! That is what we're all about. Funmigurumi are a special kind of Amigurumi. To be a Funmigurumi, a toy has to be fun, it has to be funny, it has to mean love. So if you enjoy making cute and lovable Amis, this is your place!

Sheepers is Woolly's baby brother. When I made Woolly, I wanted to make a male version of her but couldn't get to it right away. Finally, here's her kid brother. I made him in a smaller scale. This will work wonderfully well for those of you who love little Amis, and for those of you who are making toys for babies and toddlers. When you make these, please remember your local hospital! They always can use some donations of cute toys for sick children. Now, here's Sheepers. Enjoy!

If you tend to crochet loosely and you have the exact match with less rows, wonderful, then stop right there. If you’re like me, that do not crochet loosely nor too tight, then make sure you complete all the rows until you get a perfect fit.
